Abstract:	This study characterized the loading pattern of the intact and amputated limbs of unilateral transtibial amputees (TTAs) during sit-to-stand and stand-to-sit movements. The weight distribution symmetry in TTAs was found to be significantly different than healthy subjects for both activities. Abstract
