Zusammenfassung:	The knee orthosis GenuArthro is designed to apply a valgus moment to the knee joint and to re-distribute the intra-articular load of the knee. The results of a short term intervention indicate an increase in walking distance and speed; pain (WOMAC, stiffness and the adduction moments decreased. Abstract
