Zusammenfassung: Different types of vibration were applied to the plantar surface of the feet in five patients with Diabetic Neuropathy, in order to improve balance control. An upper cut-off frequency of 200 Hz seems to be most effective. The applied amplitude seems to be of smaller influence on the effectiveness.
