Zusammenfassung:	This paper describes a novel, proof of concept, combined intervention utilising functional foot orthotics, dynamic elastomeric fabric orthoses and functional electrical muscle stimulation on a child with hemiplegic cerebral palsy. Using five video films in both sagital and coronal planes the natural evolution of change proceeds from bilateral toe barefoot walking to bilateral heel strike all recorded in one session. The combination presents an opportunity of a possible insight for the future of orthotics, particularly in the provision of early orthotic intervention in the children with cerebral palsy. Abstract
