Zusammenfassung:	We investigate the effect of Osaka Medical College (OMC) brace on 95 patients with idiopathic scoliosis in Taiwan. After a year follow up, we found that initial diagnosis of idiopathic scoliosis at younger age symbolizes poorer prognosis. In addition, more alternatives for scoliosis is recommended. Abstract
