Zusammenfassung:	The aim of this work was to assess the effect of the novel Otto-Bock (D) Helix3D hip joint, on the gait of a hip-disarticulated amputee, compared to the standard Otto-Bock 7E7. Results showed multiple improvements of gait with the Helix3D, including a lower net metabolic cost and improved symmetry. Abstract
